How to become the Belle Of the Ball


With winter coming to an end (hopefully as soon as possible) It’s time to make sure your skin is in ship shape for the Spring. A good skincare routine will help you achieve flawless skin and help the makeup look better! I have always wanted to be a Disney princess  (and I hope I am not the only one); with these easy steps you can that vision become reality!

Ø  It’s so important to take your makeup off every night. By taking your makeup off you are giving your skin a chance to rest and repair itself. If you leave your makeup on you can run the risk of getting an erupting pesky breakout this is because the makeup can clog and block the pores. Ø  Get lots of Vitamin A and Vitamin C into your diet, it helps your skin feel smooth and supple, plus makes your body feel healthy and great on the inside too. Vitamin C can be found in oranges and kiwis whereas Vitamin A is often in dark green and yellow fruits and vegetables. Having your 5 a day will really help your skin, but if you are not so keen on eating your fruit and veg, why not blend up a beauty smoothie, packed full of vitamins and yummy goodness!
