DKNY Sparkling Apple

DKNY have done it again! They have created a beautiful new twist on the traditional apply scent. No only has the scents slightly differed the packaging has had a rather pretty element of glitz and glamour added to it. Yep, the tops are all sparkly! I have to say that these are probably some of the prettiest bottles I have now, it's really gorgeous and girly. Even the boxes have had a sequin effect added to it.

These DKNY 'Sparkling Apples' The scents have been reinvented slightly, but not too much so there is still an element of the original scent.

DKNY Be Delicious Sparkling Apple (green)
Top notes of green apple, red currents and watermelon. Middle Notes of frozen rose drops, violet leaves, muguet and tiare. Base notes of magnolia wood, sandalwood and amber pearls which help to give the sparkling scent. I think this scent is the perfect all round and is one that would suit most people.

DKNY Golden Delicious Sparkling Apple (Gold)
Top notes of spicy ginger root. Heart notes of golden apple, muguet and plum.  Bottom notes of sandalwood, amber and musk wraps. This scent is much more warm and sensual, but still fruity and playful. It's more of an evening wear scent rather than everyday.

DKNY Be Delicious Fresh Blossom Sparkling Apple (red)
Opens with sparkling neroli, crisp apple, tangerine and pear. Middle notes of gardenia petals, muguet, genet. Finishing off with white woods, ambrette seeds and musk. This is a very fresh, girly and floral scent. Perfect for both day and night and great if you love a mixture of fruit and floral.

I actually love al of them, and think all of them are really wearable. The packaging is PERFECT for Christmas time, and so festive. Each 50ml bottle with retail for £37 and will launch this Autumn.

  2. Oh my gosh they are so pretty! Like you said, they look perfect for Christmas. Strangely I've never actually smelt any DKNY perfumes before, but I'll have to try and track one down when I'm next in Debenhams!
